"I used to live a pretty unhealthy lifestyle. I didn’t know much about healthy eating or exercise. I committed to change and became healthier for myself and my family. The obstacles I faced required that I learn how to eat healthy and exercise. At first this was only to improve my quality of life. The process, however, inspired me to pursue a career in personal training and teach others to achieve healthy living. " - Abby
Abby's goal is to have the most positive impact that she can on the lives of the people she works with by helping them become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. She guides her clients to find solutions that integrate into their lifestyle, that they enjoy, and will be able to maintain on their own when they are ready. Abby says the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the transformation her clients experience from consistently exercising.
