STRENGTH BUILDING Building a solid foundation through compound lifts and bodyweight exercises is key to Boom Elite's strength program. Proper form is crucial and athletes are progressed accordingly. After an initial assessment, Boom Elite can build a strength program that best benefits the athlete's goals. STABILITY/MOBILITY DRILLS Injury prevention and core strength are built in to EVERY session here at Boom Elite. We always look to keep our athletes healthy and continuing to play the sport they love. CONDITIONING The body's ability to recover from the unique sport you play can mean the difference between winning and losing. Conditioning in training sessions will reflect those athletes' goals. FLEXIBILITY MOVEMENTS Flexibility exercises stretch your muscles and may improve your range of motion at your joints. There are two types of flexibility exercises: static stretching, in which you stretch a muscle without moving, and dynamic stretching, which combines stretching with movements. Each session ends with static stretching. |
